My name is Robyn Battis and I’d like to thank you for visiting
the Happy at Home Pet Care Website. After 35 years of teaching, I
decided I needed a change in my life. Being a homeowner and pet
lover I knew, from experience, how difficult it can be to leave your
home unattended and pets in a kennel, so I decided to start up Happy
at Home Pet Care. I founded Happy at Home Pet Care with the goal to
provide personalised care for pets in their own home and peace of mind
to their owners.
I understand the concerns that pet and homeowners face when trusting
someone else to provide care when they can't be there. I fully appreciate
that you do not know me and that having a stranger come into your home for
the first time is nerve-racking. To put your mind at ease, I invite you
to ask me lots of questions at the initial consultation.
You are welcome to call any of my previous clients as references, and I will
provide a list upon request. A number of testimonials are
available
here. Feel free to make any enquiries about me that
you feel necessary! I would like to build a trusting relationship with you.
Most clients do feel completely at ease after the first or second service,
and hopefully recommend me to others with enthusiasm.
I have owned and loved animals all my life and have a great respect for them.
I have always had cats and dogs and currently “own” a sheep that
was a gift from a netball team that I coached. We have also had birds, fish,
goats and hermit crabs. I have to admit that I would be very reluctant to look
after spiders, snakes and other reptiles.
I am a member of the Unweaned Kitten Rescue Organization. As a member of this
Organization, I have been hand raising stray and abandoned kittens (the youngest
being 7 hours old) for the last eleven years. Obviously, the aim being to home
these babies in the best possible homes, though a couple have managed to find
permanent residence with me! If you are interested in adopting one of my foster
kittens,

Selecting just the right pet sitter for the care of your pets and home is one of the more important
decisions you will make. At Happy at Home Pet Care, my goal is to make sure that your plans don't get
cancelled and your pets don't go uncared for.
I take my responsibilities very seriously: safety and quality of
care are always my top priorities.
